Change of Plans

Here we are again. I’m at the computer updating you with a non-update. This is where I rehash the same thing we’ve been posting for the past year or so. We don’t have anything really exciting to say, we’re still doing the same things, and that’s that.

Wait a second! I do have some things to tell you! [Read more →]

How All Were Very Busy

(There’s your C. S. Lewis reference for the day… Oh wait, this is a movie blog!)

We are all quite busy with various projects:

  • Ruth and I are still editing a seminar for Simply Charlotte Mason, which is getting near completion.
  • Rebekah is being the one who gets the most fun. She’s writing our next script!
  • And we’re planning on participating in a film contest this April.

So that’s why you haven’t heard from us much lately.

Announcing a Commentary

I’ve been listening to the commentaries on the Pixar movies for the past couple of weeks and that gave me an idea. Why not do a commentary on iSundae II?

We’ve been discussing the idea and have decided that it would be a great chance to share some of the fun stories from production. We have also learned a lot since making iSundae II, and we think this will be a way to share some insights into what we would do differently now.

So keep an eye out for the iSundae II commentary. It’s coming soon!

Phil Vischer’s New Video Series

I ran across this new video series from Veggie Tales creator Phil Vischer. He’s working on a series of videos that will walk kids through the Bible. Called, appropriately enough, What’s in the Bible?, the series looks like a fun cross between Veggie Tales, The Muppet Show, and the old Jungle Jam radio show.

The first two videos in the series will launch in March, with more in the works. Until then, get a sneak peek at the show on their videos page.
